A MILE STONE REACHED

The Center’s leadership accomplished another major milestone in 2023 by taking the lead to organize an effort to establish Oakland’s first ever LGBTQ Cultural District. Working in partnership with community members and public officials and led by our board president, Jeff Myers, we successfully established Oakland’s first ever city designated LGBTQ Cultural District.
